Summary of the Publication Record (Jan 2023) and Achievements of Dr. Richard J Miron

 

As of January 2023, Dr. Richard Miron has published >300 articles and book chapters in various dental, medical and biomaterial journals with impact factors ranging anywhere from your common dental journals ~3-5 to greater than 20.

He is considered one of the top young researchers in dentistry having been the only person ever to have won both the IADR Implant Dentistry Young Investigator Award as well as the Socransky Young Investigator of Year award for Periodontology. He has also won the Prestigious Andre Schroeder ITI award related to Implant Research.

Starting in 2021, his work was cited >2000 times (more than 8000 times total) with an h-index of 53. He has also edited 7 textbooks, of which 3 have been the #1 most sold textbook in the world in 2019, 2021, and 2022.
